IntegraCare operates 18 senior living and assisted living communities, also known as personal care homes and retirement homes, in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. IntegraCare Corporation (ICC) provides all of the professional management services and development expertise necessary to conceive, create, lease-up and operate new senior living communities. IntegraCare also specializes in working with lenders, investment banks, private equity, and venture capital firms operating in the Mid-Atlantic Region to acquire, reconfigure and turn around senior housing communities in financial and operational distress. Our growing family of IntegraCare Communities offers seniors and their families a wide range of assisted living, senior living, independent living, senior care, and memory care services by creating warm, welcoming environments where team members and residents are treated with dignity and respected as individuals. IntegraCare offers a complete spectrum of state-of-the-art, affordable senior housing options, with a concerted focus on integration, relationships, plus resident and family satisfaction. At IntegraCare, our Memory Care Program communities and neighborhoods are designed and staffed to provide personal care services to those with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other forms of memory loss. Our memory care program is predicated on the resident’s life story and the creation of personal routines for each.
