Integrated Control Utilities Ltd (ICUL) are a “Building Solutions” Company, providing a one-stop-option for office fit outs, refurbishments and upgrades, including commercial, industrial and laboratory environments. We supply and install, partitioning, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, Air Conditioning, plumbing, decorations and office and Laboratory furniture. We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor for all types of electrical works, power, lighting, emergency lighting, CAT5E/CAT6 data installations, fire detection systems, CCTV and access control. We will carry out projects and minor works, statutory testing, servicing of AC, boilers etc. No need to spend time trying to find multiple contractors, just contact ICUL and we will, in liaison with you, take responsibility for the delivery of your project or service requirements.
