ILS has assembled a core group of service and healthcare experts to help hospitals, outpatient sites, rehab, hospice, long term care, and MD offices to operationalize exceptional patient experiences. We have evidenced-based techniques and design, but we do not impose a standard scripted approach on your staff. Instead we inspire your staff be the architects of their new culture and operational approach. one they own and police when you are not around. We work with all handoffs: from Admissions to the discharge process, the Emergency Department to the inpatient setting, from Nurses and Doctors, to housekeepers and food service, from patient areas to behind-the-scenes support team members. everyone has a role in creating this experience.
