Integrated Records Management previously traded in Western Australia as Fort Knox Records Management and before that Wilson Archives. The business was founded by my father Kim back in I am proud to carry on his high standards – while putting my own stamp on it. Our recent change of name follows a thorough analysis of our growing customer base and the broader market. IRM recognises the growing need for records managers to be more in touch with the day to day needs of WA businesses - recognising that storing documents off site and media offsite must deliver both savings and improved governance. The pressure on costs and the demand for better governance is relentless.It is the responsibility of every manger to secure quality services as cost effectively as possible.IRM understands that clients also need to maintain control and secure a comprehensive service as cost effectively as possible. We fully integrate our services with our client's business systems and tailor the service to your specific needs. We know that one size does not fit all. Every staff member you speak to at IRM is qualified and ready to help. Online and offline access is tailored to your specific requirements. There is no telephone room. IRM understands that it is not efficient to use more than one provider to address all of your records management requirements- from cataloguing to destruction. We will pick up your documents from any other providers free of change and then take full responsibility for all of the records through their entire lifecycle.
