Integrative Wellness is in Old Town Alexandria. We are dedicated to health, fitness and body awareness. All of the instructors at Integrative Wellness have completed Comprehensive Teacher Training Programs incorporating classical, as well as contemporary approaches to Pilates through Core Dynamics, Balanced Body, Physical Mind, Stott and BASI, as well as Fletcher Towelwork. ® Pilates sessions can focus on fitness, rehabilitation, sport-specific training, prenatal/postnatal and much more — all with the goal of helping you to: Alleviate stress Improve posture Increase muscle tone and flexibility Correct faulty movement patterns Reduce the likelihood of future injury Feel better in your body Overall mind and body wellness
