While skills and knowledge are important, character and shared purpose is at the heart of high performing teams. The Integreaters team uses a tested character framework. We can also develop customized character frameworks unique to each company, and we conduct active doctoral research in adult character formation with Baylor University and Hallmark University. San Antonio is our home, and our vision is that San Antonio will be known for the character of its workforce.
