INTEGRITAS Risk Services LLC. is a Claims Handling and Inspection Management Services company. Our main operations are based in Mexico City and Cancún. We have correspondents in the main ports in Mexico, allowing an attendance timeframe of 2 to 3 hours. We are fundamentally a marine claims handling and adjusting firm with solid casualty management capabilities, however, we are also employed in cargo claims and ports and terminals incidents. Our expertise is solely in marine insurance. Areas we specialise in are P&I claims handling and Club representation; H&M/General Average Adjusting; we represent the interests of Reinsurers with risks in Mexico and we now have a developing survey department. Our team members have been trained in world leading adjusting and legal firms and have niche specialties within marine insurance. Our purpose for existence is to provide alternative and outstanding claims solutions to complex casualties by centralising casualty requirements (whether operation, legal or insurance related), reducing overall management costs.
