Our objective is long term capital growth, by generating absolute returns with stable and predictable income, minimizing risk and volatility. Integrity Capital plc ‘Absolute Yield Fund’ seeks principal protection coupled with high and steady yield with negligible volatility. We access thousands of commercial loans through carefully vetted Marketplace lending platforms, allowing us to ‘cherry-pick’ individual loans that match our investing criteria. We take slices of these vetted loans to build a highly diversified portfolio of secured investments. Our exposure to each loan is individually assessed using a comprehensive due diligence process and strict investing and allocation rules. This disciplined approach ensures effective portfolio diversification (over 250 loans) with optimal risk-adjusted returns. The funds objective is to use low risk, secured, short duration investments to generate a stream of interest payments. Over 90% of the portfolio is secured against property or debtors, portfolio LTV ranges between 60-75%. Average investment duration is under 24 months. Modelled default risk is 0.3-0.5%. Partners co-invest in all loans.
