Integrity Engineering Solutions (IES) is an internationally renowned niche engineering consulting firm specializing in Asset Integrity Management of mechanical fixed equipment in the Renewables, Refining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining Industries. The company was established in 2010 and is headquartered in Dunsborough, Western Australia. The focus of the company is on providing Asset Integrity Management consulting services for projects and plant maintenance. The work performed includes Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments of damaged equipment, advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for both design and existing equipment, Pressure Vessel and Piping Bolted Joint Analysis and Failure Analysis, Materials, Welding, Corrosion, Risk-Based Inspection and Fixed Equipment Management. The company also develops and markets analysis software for pressure boundary bolted joints, provides maintenance and purchasing specifications for mechanical fixed equipment, conducts world-leading research into mechanical fixed equipment integrity and provides training in the design, maintenance and assembly of pressure boundary bolted joints.
