Integrity Home Therapy

Integrity Home Therapy provides qualified and professional Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech/Language Pathology services to Home Health Agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We provide services under contract arrangement at skilled home health agencies. Our services are both rehabilitative and preventative with a strong component of health and fitness education. Integrity's method to rehabilitative services reduce the risk to the agency and maximizes the benefits to our patients.
