InteleCOM Investments has both short term and mid-term triple play investment opportunities for partners. Depending on your requested term length- our fix and flips are 3-6 month opportunities for investors to get 15% returns. Our new model, the Triple Play was created only for 2024. We are going to partner up and buy the dip on discounted homes that need work, in historically solid markets. Modeled after multifamily we are able to give out triple the returns on the lowest risk asset class. It’s called the Triple Play because it both triples the average market returns and it triples the benefits most investors are able to get- Claim tax depreciation, get monthly cashflow (an average of 2k per month), and 50% equity made from the renovation and over the 3 year term (usually around 100k of equity made!)
