Intelecs Controls manufacters continuous gravimetric dosing systems in which every weigh hopper is equipped with a load cell measuring the "loss-in-weight" parameter with very high accuracy. Each dosing unit has one "main" flood-fed component and several (up to 8) additives being delivered to the mixing point by augers. Such dosing systems provide a precise homogenous blend of materials where the plastic process requires real-time control over the flow of material. Our high resolution weighing system allows precise low-rate additive feeding to minimize usage of costly materials.
