COACHING: We blend leadership and neuroscience theory with personalized coaching techniques to help expert practitioners increase their personal impact, be better colleagues, and become great leaders. TRAINING AND FACILITATION: We deliver customized business skill, leadership, and team building workshops that draw from a variety of tools and techniques, including validated assessments, best-in-class curricula, and research-based proprietary content to build high-performing, cohesive teams CONSULTING: We offer a full suite of communication and human and organizational development services to help individuals and organizations define their unique brands, develop strategies for moving forward, and effectively engage their key stakeholders. OUR FOUNDER Jennifer Hart is a certified executive coach, trainer, and consultant with a passion for bridging the gaps between leadership and communication and aligning stakeholders with divergent viewpoints. Jennifer brings more than a decade of leadership experience to her practice and a strong track record of building motivating environments and managing, coaching, and retaining diverse global teams. Her twenty-year career includes stints in government and consulting in the United States, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Jennifer received her coaching certification from American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program and is an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® certified practitioner, and an authorized facilitator and partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team(TM assessments for use in both coaching and training.
