Doug Reiland, Intelligent Designs’ owner, has more than 20 years experience with envelope extrusion systems, 17 of which was as Cold Glue Products/Market Manager for ITW Dynatec. Doug spent those years supplying extrusion systems to OEM’s, such as Winkler + Dünnebier, FL Smithe and Curtius Technologies and directly to envelope convertors around the country for gum box conversions or replacements of existing extrusion equipment. Over this time, mounting bracketry and accessories such as encoders and triggers were developed to meet the specific needs of the envelope industry. This experience is incorporated into Intelligent Designs’ product offerings.
