Intension Therapy

At InTension Therapy, clients can count on receiving treatment specifically designed for them. Our purpose is to work with intention to promote performance and recovery. We start out with an in depth conversation about prior injuries, current habits, and future goals, to design the perfect plan towards optimal performance. Current modalities include: deep tissue, stretch therapy, trigger point, myofascial release, prenatal, percussion therapy, circulatory, and cupping. The health industry is ever-changing and there is new information released everyday furthering the industry. Because of this, we believe continued education in the field is important in helping our clients achieve their goals.
