Inter-Afrique Capital Limited (IAC), a subsidiary company of Inter-Afrique Holdings Limited (IAH), has as its mission to provide world class financing services to clients in Ghana, including Government organisations, multinationals, local private companies and banks. Inter-Afrique Capital was originally set up in 1994 and re-established in 2010 to grow the Inter-Afrique franchise in the financial services space. Inter-Afrique Capital has evolved out of the successful collaboration between its parent company, Inter-Afrique Holdings Limited and the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division of BNP Paribas, a leading European bank. Inter-Afrique Holdings Limited has acted for over ten years as the Advisor and Local Representative for BNP Paribas in various corporate and investment banking transactions, with particular specialisation in commodity and structured financing. Inter-Afrique has actively supported BNP Paribas in developing and executing over 20 major transactions in Ghana over the last 10 years. Inter-Afrique Capital Limited has since expanded its purview to include equity transactions, based on a collaboration with HSBC Principal Investments, the in-house private equity arm of HSBC, as well as transactions executed jointly with other Inter-Afrique Holdings subsidiaries, and local and international technical/industry specialist partners.
