Interaction Dynamics is a psychological practice in Chicago, Illinois uniquely combining evidence-based clinical skills, coaching, and experience to empower our clients towards growth and well-being. We are a small and dedicated team of psychologists and clinicians specializing in short- and long-term therapy and a variety of psychological assessments. We take a creative and comprehensive approach to treating psychological concerns. We use a variety of psychological assessments and tools, in addition to therapy and coaching. THERAPY: Our staff are trained and experienced in a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, as well as Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapies, client-centered, humanistic and existential, and systems theories. We also provide parent coaching and services to help improve the quality of family relationships. When appropriate, we sometimes utilize psychological assessment tools to supplement the psychotherapy process and help clients gain insight about their strengths and functioning. Interaction Dynamics provides services for people of all ages.
