We set up idna to mitigate these 2 polarities. We believe that good candidate research forms the bedrock of recruiting. Unlike a headhunting firm, our fees are specific to the research done as we do not conduct any interviewing or shortlisting. In fact, we help many recruitment agencies in their candidate research as well. We are not only about recruiting.
