Interactive Health Solutions (IHS) was established in 2013 with the goal of delivering scalable, cost-effective tools for maximum efficiency and long-lasting impact – ranging from software development to specialized management systems. Our team of software developers and technology implementers endeavor to create novel solutions, leveraging the latest in technology. In addition to game-changing software, the IHS teams have created products to streamline organizational workflows for more efficient outcomes. We provide crucial improvements to monitoring and evaluation, data collection, data analysis, tech auditing, program management, and health service delivery. The IHS biomedical team is able to support medical device manufacturers with support, repair and maintenance. As Cepheid’s authorised service provider in Pakistan, we support the installation; instrument maintenance and support; calibration; and repair of more than 470 GeneXpert machines - used for rapid disease diagnostics - at over 450 facilities and achieved 98% machine uptime in 2020. Additionally, IHS provides diagnostic and support services, logistics support, managing import/export and distribution services for diagnostic equipment, spare parts, and accessories. Our team works with manufacturers to streamline shipping, customs clearance, payments, and distribution of biomedical equipment, without the manufacturer needing an in-country presence. IHS’s vast network of partners spans across Australia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Brazil, Democratic Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Kenya, Nepal, Pakistan, Peru, South Africa, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
