Intercare Services provide domiciliary care services. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible flexible tailored package of support, in their homes, to the elderly and others who require it. We take the stress out of planning care for loved ones. We assist with all aspects of personal care, domestic tasks, company and activities along with more complex specialist health-related needs. Our Care Workers are there for our clients. We plan every detail jointly with them, even down to which brand of shampoo they prefer or their favourite TV show. We develop a tailored care plan, building a package to meet the budget whilst working out which care tasks are the most important. We charge an hourly rate with no hidden charges. We have specialist knowledge and experience in supporting people with a range of mental health issues and physical or learning disabilities and we provide personal end of life care. Choosing the right carer is very important and we take great care to match carers and clients who will get on. We try to ensure they live near, so they know the client's locality and its facilities and can talk about local issues. We employ both female and male carers across all ages, and whilst most are white British, we are proud to be broadening our range of other backgrounds, languages and cultures. We also support in obtaining financial support for clients.
