Interccom Games
InterCCom is a project that creates online serious games for training and innovative research on collaboration in international teams. The games are based on interactive storylines that simulate interactions between members of an international project team, targeting competencies related to intercultural competence, communication, conflict management, knowledge sharing, creativity, teamwork and business ethics. The games are mostly available in English, with some being developed in French and German. The interdisciplinary and international team behind InterCCom Games includes Grenoble-based professors, PhD candidates in management, IT and languages and civilizations, and international experts in intercultural and knowledge and innovation management.
