Interchange 5

Interchange/5 is an independent initiative offering free advanced, practice-driven design education through dialogue and experience. The learning interchange will take place within a 9-month time span, starting October 2022. This initiative aims to ensemble five enthusiasts eager to learn and expand their views, while diving into the known and unknown, and reaching out individually-generated surfaces as learnthusiasts. Being unable to transform our lived experiences into knowledge and to use the already acquired knowledge as a process to unveil new knowledge, we will never be able to participate attentively in a dialogue as a process of learning and knowing. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY? Anyone with educational background in formal, informal or continuing education affiliated with fine/applied arts, design, literature or technology. SELECTION PROCEDURE After the application deadline, the complete applications are being reviewed, where it is decided whether an application will be accepted or rejected. The decision is made in accordance with the application guidelines and the basis of the artistic quality of the submitted portfolio, writing quality of the motivational letter and the applicant's qualifications. Selected applicants will be notified via e-mail and will proceed to the scheduled online interview stage of the process. Briefly after the interview, within 7 days, there will be an official admission announcement where the names of the enrolled applicants* will be listed publicly. Note: ONLY FIVE CANDIDATES WILL ADVANCE TO THE INTERCHANGE CYCLE
