Interculture Cic

Interculture CIC is a Community Interest Company, working with local communities and organisations since 2016. We design and deliver training, events, consultancy, and community-led projects that foster intercultural communication, awareness, and sensitivity. Our mission is to reduce othering, foster belonging, and amplify underrepresented voices. We create safe, inclusive spaces for dialogue around allyship, intersectionality, neurodiversity, biases, and representation, helping people explore the gap between intention and impact while understanding different forms of privilege. Through both virtual and in-person programmes, we celebrate differences, strengthen community cohesion, and promote authentic inclusion. At our core, we are a people-centred organisation driven by compassion- shifting hearts and minds to build a more inclusive, connected, and equitable society.
