Interengineering

At InterEngineering, we connect, inform and empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer +(LGBTQ+) engineers and supporters. We invite engineers of all backgrounds as well as those working in engineering to join us in helping improve diversity and inclusion across the sector. We achieve this by: Connecting Providing networking opportunities for LGBT engineers in different companies to meet, discuss improvements the profession could be making and share best practice for growing company support. Informing Sharing and collecting experiences and resources of LGBT people working in engineering and promoting wider initiatives within the industry to help promote diversity and inclusion. Empowering Running events to help LGBT engineers create their own company networks to promote and support diversity in their workplaces, and providing a forum for smaller enterprises.
