Why "Interface for Nature"? Tackling the challenges of biodiversity conservation and sustainable development requires a multifaceted and multipartner approach, which takes into account the interactions and interdependence between sectors, between geographic areas and between actors. The key word of our intervention is connection- Connection between different actors, e.g. between public and private donors/investors, national institutions and local conservation organizations - Connection between themes/sectors e.g. terrestrial, coastal and marine ecosystems; between conservation and socio-economic development, between culture and nature- Connection between sites, countries, regions. Our goal is to facilitate and strengthen all these connections, ensuring the interface, for environmental sustainability. Our mission is to help conservation leaders and partners to jointly achieve more and better impact for nature sustainability in Africa, through wise investment and relevant actions. Building on our robust knowledge of public and private players and on our extensive network and trusted relationships with local non-governmental organizations and public institutions, we connect funders with relevant local leaders and partners through strategic advising, consultation, representation and tailored support. Thanks to our strong understanding of key issues and good expertise in the areas of environmental protection and sustainable development, we empower key players and decision makers and help them translate their vision into powerful and efficient actions through coaching, mentoring, training and targeted technical expertise. Through thoughtful facilitation, communication support and convening, we help build efficient multi-stakeholders collaborations and impactful partnerships. We do this by building on our track record in stakeholders engagement and in the development of multi-actors strategic partnerships covering diverse topics.
