Provides services and program evaluation, with specialisation in not-for-profit service delivery. Provides facilitation and organisational change processes to enable a culture of learning, adaptation, and innovation to grow. Provides individual coaching particularly focusing on female change makers and entrepreneurs. Develops team alignment to support both entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial change and nurture a culture of learning and reflection. Works with social enterprises and for-purpose organisations to navigate leadership within the hybrid space of for-purpose and for-profit goals.
