Comprehensive Consultancy Services Provide a wide array of services including main consultancy, briefing analysis / creation, feasibility studies, design revision, urban planning and landscape design. Project Management Oversee general coordination for turnkey solutions, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, interior, and landscape designs. Coordinate with MEPS consultants to align technical aspects with design objectives. FF & E and Procurement Lead the selection and design of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Manage procurement and logistics for furnishings, lighting, sanitary items, and finishes. Ensure supplier selection and coordination aligns with project goals. Quality Assurance Approve material submittals, supervise design implementation, and act as the client representative to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Project Administration and Handover Manage project administration, oversee commissioning, and ensure smooth handover processes for completed projects.
