Our Viewers, who are accredited members of the public, subscribe to our website to actively monitor CCTV feeds on a real-time basis to detect crime as it happens, they have the opportunity to earn rewards for their vigilance. Internet Eyes Business Customers have installed an Internet Eyes Digital Video Server (IEDVS). Once connected into their premises, the IEDVS streams their current CCTV feeds, securely and in real-time across the Internet to our Viewers. Our Viewers act as a low cost real time surveillance tool for their premises. The Viewers of our service login to our website and are able to monitor up to 4 CCTV feeds at a time. On seeing shoplifting or suspicious behavior they are then able to alert any incident by the click of a button. This sends a SMS Text and email Alert either direct to the Business Customer or the System integrators control room or both. The email Alert contains a video clip of the CCTV feed 20 seconds prior to the incident observed. Business Customers are then able to instantly playback the incident video from any PC, Laptop, tablet or mobile device connected to the internet and then take action or not.
