The Interpersonal Intelligence Institute developed from Gregor Jeffrey’s innovative work in the field of Neurocommunication. In 2015 he founded Jeffrey Strategic Inc. to bring his cognitive science-based communication training to companies across North America. Gregor’s original “Presenting with Influence” and “Writing with Influence” workshops helped tens of thousands of leaders and business professionals to overcome their neurological bias and immediately communicate more effectively. Committed to reaching new audiences and solving more complex interpersonal challenges, Gregor and his wife Michaela evolved Jeffrey Strategic into the Interpersonal Intelligence Institute in 2021. Today, we are dedicated to applying our diverse knowledge and expertise to help professionals to reach their highest potential through our research-based approaches.
