Interpreta Nutrition

Interpreta Nutrition is a nutritional science and food regulatory consultancy established by Catherine Dignum and Helen Rose. We are both Registered Dietitians and can help companies by supporting the research, product development and marketing processes where a nutritional science or regulatory perspective is required. Interpreta Nutrition can input where there is a knowledge gap, for example in SMEs which may not have specialised in-house expertise, or where there is a resource gap, for example if an external perspective is required or a resource-intensive project needs driving forward.
