Interstellar Performance Labs (powered by Fort Hill Group) is a human performance and human factors organization advancing safety, readiness, and leadership in spaceflight analogs and complex aerospace environments. We work across training, applied research, and human factors safety consulting to support professionals and organizations operating in high-risk, high-consequence systems. Our work focuses on understanding how humans interact with systems, environments, and teams, and using that insight to strengthen performance, manage risk, and prevent breakdowns before they lead to incidents. Our work is powered by Fort Hill Group, making it grounded in proven frameworks from aviation and spaceflight and informed by real-world operational experience.
