Services on our standard subscription plans: Establishing and maintaining independent pension contribution database on monthly basis to serve as means of providing credible data platform for regular reconciliation with PFA’s Employees Quarterly RSA Statements, and for determination of Employees’ Pension contribution rights at the point of exit. Ensuring that Admin Fees charged by PFAs and PFCs on employees RSAs are within the prescribed regulatory limits and ascertaining/justifying the basis for their calculations. Tracking and monitoring of individual Employee’s Retirement Savings Account in situations of change of employment to ensure the employee updates his employer details with the PFA, and if so requested, ensure the migration of RSA from one PFA to another, in line with the transfer window regulations issued by PenCom. Assist in tracking and interfacing with PFAs in respect of Pension Contribution of individuals changing employment to an organization not yet registered under the new Pension Scheme. Guiding/advising Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders on processes involved in withdrawing from their RSAs with their PFAs. Providing Advisory Services in matters relating to Purchase of Annuity, Programmed Withdrawals, Group Life Insurance, etc. Services NOT on our standard subscription plans but on negotiated contract terms: Training and Workshop on pensions Undertaking clients’ employees’ Pension registration/information updates with PFAs Attending to PenCom Officials/Consultants during their monitoring visits Carrying out statutory and specialized audit services of pension schemes Procurement of PenCom Compliance Certificate and Employer code on Assisting beneficiaries of deceased retirees (through our legal department) in the procurement of letters of administration. Provision of In-house Pension Dept Services to clients on basis of Outsourced Contract arrangements & other sundry services incidental to carrying out pension admin duties.
