Who are we? IWEX is an overseas recruitment agency, that was founded in 2012 and has many years of working experience. We are the first, who recruited (worked on recruitment) in Kyrgyzstan. We have an official state licence to recruit citizens of Kyrgyz Republic abroad. Our agency cooperates with reliable employers from Europe. We recruit over employees each year. It is a high rate for our country, so our agency is popular among the citizens of Kyrgyz Republic. Our mission is search and employment of employees, that want to work abroad. How we work? For the preparation of future employees, IWEX provides them with German language courses from the very beginning. We work hard on each student and go through many stages before sending abroad. Future employees: 1. Learn the new language in our language school. Have an interview, with employers from abroad, visit a consulate. Collect the necessary set of documents. Study the basis of chosen work, its field and terminology. Future partners: 1. Leave an application or request for cooperation. Interview and select employees who meet your requirements. Prepare the necessary documents for employees and wait for them in Germany. Thus, to go abroad via IWEX program, each participant has to learn a language, involve himself into language environment, study the future profession and all its features.
