Intimabalance Counselling

At IntimaBalance Counselling, I specialise in helping individuals and couples navigate the emotional and relational aspects of intimacy, connection, and communication. I combine a strong academic foundation with professional training in sex and couples therapy. I’m an Accredited Member of ACCPH (AMACCPH) and have completed additional certifications in integrative approaches to intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being. I understand that relationship challenges can arise in many forms, emotional distance, mismatched intimacy needs, or struggles in maintaining connection. Whether you’re in a traditional partnership or exploring Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), I provide an affirming, confidential space to work through complex dynamics and rediscover alignment. Services I Offer at IntimaBalance: Couple Counselling: Strengthening emotional bonds, improving communication, and fostering relational clarity. Individual Counselling: Supporting clients through issues related to self-esteem, identity, intimacy, and relational stress. Sexual Well-Being Support: Helping individuals and couples explore concerns impacting their intimate lives, emotionally, relationally, and physically, through education and evidence-informed conversation. Virtual Sessions: Private and accessible sessions designed to meet clients wherever they are. In collaboration with the Men’s Health Institute, I contribute to a holistic care model where medical and psychological wellness come together to support full-spectrum health for individuals and couples alike.
