Into Right Relationship

We believe that people are the most important elements of any business. Through our Being Human Management Training Course and Management Coaching services, we teach bosses, managers, and leaders a practice of managing themselves and others with a human approach. With our Team Cultivating services we provide tailored facilitation to build upon and mend team dynamics by listening to and learning from staff to surface the undercurrents that are present, but not yet seen or named. This is the essential work of moving people into right relationship. Being in right relationship is rooted in the values of mutual accountability, interconnectedness, and reciprocity.
