For more than 20 years, AIS has continued to secure its position as the leading mobile operator in Thailand with the highest revenue and subscriber market shares. • Thaicom Public Company Limited: Thaicom is a satellite transponder leasing provider for both domestic and international markets with a total of 8 satellites launched into the orbits to date. Thaicom’s services include satellite transponder leasing for television broadcasting stations and telecommunication operators, broadband services via satellites, as well as mobility services for maritime and air access. • Other businesses o High Shopping Company Limited: A venture between Intouch Media and Hyundai Home Shopping Network Corporation, High Shopping is a non-store-based retailer in Thailand which advertises and distributes its products via TV channels, mobile phones and online platforms. o I.T. Applications and Services Co, Ltd.(ITAS): ITAS provides computer and SAP systems to support information technology in Intouch Group. o InVent: InVent is a corporate venture capital project of Intouch Holdings focusing on investing in technology, media and telecommunication start-ups. InVent provides the start-up operators with funds and advices to enhance their competitiveness in the market. With its investment in more than 10 emerging start-up businesses in Thailand and Southeast Asia, InVent’s operation has contributed to Thailand’s economic development through the start-ups’ innovation and created over 500 new jobs in several sectors.
