On average, a young person will wait 10 years between first experiencing adverse mental health symptoms and when they eventually receive help, by which time they're in their mid-20’s and having to start their wellbeing journey as a necessity. This. Can’t. Continue. Entering adulthood not knowing how to manage your mind, the science, what works for you, when and how to try different wellbeing tools or methods, or why they work – these are the questions Introspect is trying to answer, for each and every young adult who wants to explore them whilst also bridging the gap to human-led wellbeing resource. To answer these questions by yourself takes bravery, time, self-education, curiosity, pro-activity and more. To answer these questions with Introspect simply takes a desire to change – we’ll guide you through the rest with our wellbeing programme and expertly trained coaches who understand the journey first hand. We're working hard on making a more accessible, affordable and relatable wellbeing resource that is human-led a reality, so watch this space!
