Invent Development Partners was founded in 2014 by Jon Dwight and Michael Badger as a vehicle to develop residential, mixed use and hospitality real estate development projects and investments in up and coming urban and iconic resort destinations. Jon and Michael have worked together since 1997 on various projects in Colorado, Utah and North Dakota and decided to formally combine their diverse real estate and construction backgrounds into one company. We bring together extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development. Our collective 80-years experience, as diverse and impressive as the projects we deliver, cover all aspects of real estate development. There’s nothing we can’t handle. We have a keen focus on identifying new markets, trends and growth areas. We are building lasting value for the future.
