Investment Strategy & Analysis provides litigation support, consulting, and expert witness testimony to attorneys, both plaintiff and defense, for civil and criminal cases. Also, consulting services are provided to institutional investors – endowments, foundations and pension plans- I have provided litigation support and expert witness services since 2005. I began my career as an institutional investor making direct investments in public and private technology companies in 1987 and continue to be involved in technology company investing. I am an expert in technology company investments and business practices. I provide analysis and expert testimony in litigation involving hedge fund strategies, securities selection, investment portfolio management, defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, endowments and foundations.
