In 2010 we visited the Malaga region for the first time, and it was love at first sight. The weather was an important factor: leaving Belgium with snow and -1 C°, it was a delight when the airplane doors opened and we felt a temperature around 25 C°. After a second visit, we decided to look for a property to rent, so it would make it possible for us to spend more time in Málaga. With some help from friends and a friendly real estate agent, our adventure started.We devide our time between Belgium and Spain. We offer pro-active investment projects suitable for all budgets.
