Invigilatis’ innovative information services can be integrated to form a single compliance and risk management solution, well-suited to managing complex estates with strong emphasis on operational dashboards and BI. Seeker Comprised of the component services for: Property Management, Estates and Facilities Management, Bookings, and Compliance. Seeker can provide an integrated solution to manage complex estates in healthcare and other sectors. Good flows of real-time information between staff, estates teams, internal tradespeople, and external contractors, enable clients to benefit from highly responsive maintenance services. Coupled with effective planning capability, enables clients to benefit from a well-controlled maintenance regime. Seeker provides a full asset register which ties in fully with BIM. This extensive asset management solution can be customised for each client with a graphical interface for both floor plans and maps. MySafety An initiative to improve Health and Safety in the Forestry Industry, through the use of smart technology, to provide a holistic real-time solution and replace out-dated piece-meal processes for all the industry's stakeholders. Users complete risks assessments to improve personal and site safety, whilst providing real-time visibility of working activities and safety issues in forests. MySafety provides emergency and lone working support and it can also be used as competency log to aid personal development. Recently added with funding from InnovateUK, a Covid tracker ensures work site safety.
