Invisible-Care is a blended-care support service that provides both in-person and tech-facilitated support. However, we're not a typical blended care model—we're reshaping how care is delivered. Invisible-Care's tech-facilitated care is delivered through our proprietary software, Otto Prompts, where we send cues and prompts directly to the client's phone. Our skilled Personal Support Workers (PSWs) manage our system and are available 18 hours daily via text, phone, and video call. Invisible-Care's in-person care is flexible, where support workers provide hands-on assistance with daily tasks, mobility, and personal care as needed week to week. Invisible-Care's hybrid model combines the best of both worlds. We know that our clients' lives look different from week to week, and we have created a hybrid model of care that can ebb and flow with them. Care should evolve. We've made it happen.
