Daniel Lonard has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry across the public, private and corporate sector, is a certified organisational coach and registered radiographer. He has been working for the last 12 years for GE Healthcare in the radiology industry and has wide ranging experience in partnering with over 100 organisations across Australia and New Zealand. His expertise spans product management, sales and marketing and territory management. After experiencing burnout in 2022, Daniel left his corporate healthcare career to follow his heart and passion and is the founder of inwardreach. The purpose is to support individuals through a coaching partnership to connect with their true selves. Daniel's passion is to inspire others to connect inwards, find growth, and reveal the best version of themselves, both at work and in life. Daniel is family focused with a partner and two boys and enjoys living in nature in the hills on the outskirts of Melbourne. He is a keen gardener, camper and focused on self-improvement. He is very passionate about the changing role of men at home and in the workplace (working part time for the last 6 years) and in being part of the conversation on healthy masculinity. Daniel has a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography), Master of Business Administration and is a certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
