Since the company's inception in 2007, Iodem’s multi-disciplinary team has focused upon innovative approaches to help our clients in health and social care perform better. By investigating in order to generate the information necessary to support change, Iodem enables organisations to make informed decisions - whether about the performance of teams, processes, structures or individuals - in order to improve performance and create sustainable value for stakeholders. We perform a wide range of investigations in the NHS and internationally including Independent Homicide Reviews, Quality and Outcomes Framework issues, General Practice Reviews and quality assurance exercises following strategic changes to services. Iodem's services also include clinical support to failing teams and targeted performance assessment, mentoring and coaching. We have a particular strength in the production of on-line training products developed across a number of sectors including the legal sector.
