Ion Equity

Ion Equity is an investor in private businesses, primarily in Ireland and the UK. We usually own controlling stakes in our businesses and are active owners, providing strategic and operational capability as needed, with a constant focus on shareholder value creation. Ion Equity is wholly owned by its partners. We invest our own equity together with capital from institutional and high net worth private investors. Each of our investments is standalone, but they all benefit from the combined strength of the Ion Equity group. For over ten years we've nurtured growth and driven value transformation in a number of carefully selected investments. Our businesses now have a combined turnover in excess of €2.5 billion and employ over 2,300 people.
