Iota

Iota was formed in March of 2017. With the formation of our team we made history at not only our school but also within our region, the Riverina; we were the first F1 in Schools team to represent both. F1 in Schools is a rigorous, holistic, worldwide challenge which incorporates the use of design and technology into the real world. Students are placed in charge of an F1 Company: from the designing of a miniature F1 car that reaches speeds of 80km/h, the manufacturing of said car, the team marketing, to the securing of stakeholders and management. It is all a part of the competition. Iota progressed through both the NSW State Finals and Australian National Finals, qualifying as one of four teams to represent Australia at the 2018 Singapore F1 in Schools World Finals.
