IP System 3 was founded in 2005 with a clear mission: help project-centric organizations get real value from their scheduling systems. The company was built on a foundation of deep Primavera expertise — not just the software, but the methodology. Our team's experience traces back to 1990, starting with hands-on project controls, ADM and PDM logic, delay claims, and time impact analysis. That practical foundation led to roles as a Primavera Authorized Representative, working directly with Primavera Systems on P3, SureTrak, Expedition, Contract Manager, and P6. Over two decades, IP System 3 has trained thousands of scheduling professionals through partnerships with Rutgers University and Drexel University, and provided CPM scheduling services on projects ranging from commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure programs.
