Switxboard, powered by IPA, is a network connecting technological, social, financial, and spatial innovations to meet the needs, talents, and skills of businesses and communities worldwide. Founded by Kilian Kleinschmidt, an international networker, humanitarian, and refugee expert with over 25 years of experience as a United Nations official, aid worker, and diplomat, the Innovation and Planning Agency (IPA) aims to connect the millions of underprivileged and dispossessed with the idle and utilized resources and modern technologies of the 21st century.
