We are a small, independent company helping our clients address both technical and process issues during and after their SAP implementations. Since we have been working with international companies (Italcementi, Indesit, Barilla, Unigrà, Number1, ENI, Mammut, ePrice, Metro C&C, Ferrero) providing support during SAP implementations in application design (customizing and development), organization and project management. We partner with our clients and work hand in hand with their teams during large transformations where they lack specific capabilities or are overloaded in their daily activities due to ongoing change. We also support companies in the design of financial processes and the supporting organization model during M&A and post-merger integrations. Our added value is to ensure that all implemented solutions are tightly aligned to both SAP standards and needs of the company (e.g. functionalities the users require). Through iterative reviews and ensuing adjustments to both applications and overall project management we help our clients significantly reduce development and maintenance costs. This approach also means that SAP runs efficiently in terms of maintainability, flexibility and performance. As we have been involved in all aspects of SAP implementations, we have the ability to play a transversal role and help our clients by bringing different capabilities: • organizational design competences (business/IT interface, as is and to bes processes design, change management) • technical solutions (e.g, we act as internal competence center counterpart) • project management skills (progress, project plan integration, third party software factory control, team leadership) • quality control (solutions integration, third party solutions audit and approvals, cost controlling) • liaison between business teams and the system integrator Over the past 10+ years we have developed a disciplined and agile methodological approach in the design of work procedures.
