Our company was established in Russia 15 years ago and all these years we have been working successfully on Russian as well as on Swiss, Serbian and Montenegro markets. IQ-Architects is a design-led practice whose primary focus is to provide creative, high quality and cost effective architecture. We are committed to a good design in the broadest sense, including a concern for sustainable design, efficiency in use and its public and cultural context. Our objective is to bring fresh thinking, openness and a listening approach to meeting the needs of our clients with solutions that are satisfying, economic and buildable. IQ-Architects has a dynamic, non-hierarchical management structure, which seeks to ensure that flexibility, efficient procedures and clear lines of authority support creativity and enjoyment.
